Hello everyone! I am Samantha Tuton, a licensed REALTOR® who is ready to help you with your real estate needs.  I may be only 5 feet tall, but what I lack in height I make up for in my energy and commitment to always go above and beyond for my clients.

I decided to pursue my real estate career after several years of working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a local hospital and as a classroom assistant or para with the Sioux City Community School District. I love a challenge and working with people to help them achieve their goals. Working in real estate allows me to do both.

My significant other and I are raising our three kids and enjoy spending family time at their sporting events or hosting our own movie nights at home. Our kids have grown up watching us play sports. We started an adult co-ed softball team several years ago. In recent years I’ve added a ladies dart league to the activity list and I love it!

I look forward to providing the best home buying and selling experience for my clients.
